AV support and Equipment

Media Services offers a free loan-out service for audio-visual equipment in support of our conference rooms and Conference Centre.  

Equipment for loan-out includes:

  • LCD projectors
  • DVD/LCD television units
  • Powered speakers
  • Consumer video camera
  • Projection screens
  • Cables
  • Other equipment

Users must book and sign equipment out at the Media Services front desk.  Users are expected to pickup and drop off equipment at the Media Services front desk between the hours of 7:30AM and 4PM.
